Game Sense Soccer are delighted to introduce Ferdous, our sponsored child to our students.

Ferdous lives in Nilphamari, Bangledesh with his Mum and Dad and he has two sisters and one brother. Ferdous is 7 years old and currently attends Nursery School.

Getting to know a child in another country can educational and inspiring. Ferdous and his family could really enjoy hearing from other children in Great Britain, especially our Game Sense Soccer students!

We encourage our students to write to Ferdous and his family.

Things to include in your letters may be to ask about Ferdous' family and School, maybe talk a little bit about your family life too, food you like, sports...

Yo may wish to draw pictures, write postcards and even send photos to build a connection.

Please keep things simple and print clearly, your letters may need to be translated and will always be read and verified by Plan UK before being sent on to Ferdous and his family.

If your child would like to write to Ferdous please let us know and we shall give you the guidelines provided to us by Plan UK regarding the Do's & Don't's and we shall send your mail of to Plan UK on your behalf from Game Sense Soccer.

Ferdous and his family look forward to hearing from you!

Fantastic News!

To support our commitment to various Charities, Game Sense Soccer has proudly registered to become a sponsor of a vulnerable child.
We hope that our students can share our culture with our sponsored child, and our sponsored child share there culture with our Game Sense Soccer Students!

Once we receive further information we shall share this with you. For the time being though, here is a letter from Plan UK:-

Dear Game Sense Soccer Students,

You've just done something truly incredible!

By sponsoring a child with Plan you are helping ensure that more of the world's most vulnerable children have access to clean water, education and health care and for this I just want to say a massive thank you.

Over the next day or so, my team will be pulling together a welcome pack for you which will contain all the details of the child whose life you're helping to change. Your welcome pack will contain photographs of your sponsored child as well as information about them, their family and the area they live. We'll send you some postcards so you can start writing to your child straight away and details of the projects your sponsorship is helping to make a reality.

You should receive your pack within the next 8-10 working days.

Once again, thank you and welcome to Plan.

Our son Adam was an inexperienced football player, keen but unsure. Over the two terms he has been with Game Sense Soccer he has developed not only in ability but confidence.

The coaches are fantastic with all the children, adapting their approach to each child and helping them to gain in confidence. Adam loves going to football every week and enjoys his time with his new friends that he has made there.

It has been wonderful to watch him develop his football skills and to see him participating more actively as the weeks have gone by."
